Know Your Truth - Paul Selig Workshop Experience
I went to a Paul Selig workshop at Berkeley last weekend, and I can still feel the energy in the upper room. I want to share my experience while it’s still vivid. For those who don’t know Paul, here is an introduction from his website.
Paul Selig is considered to be one of the foremost spiritual channels working today. I came across Paul through an interview he had with someone I have been following for a year. Immediately I felt this guy knows the Truth - it’s authentic, straightforward truth straight from the divine. My curiosity led me to his website and there would be a workshop in my area next month. Without any hesitation, I booked the ticket and I knew it’s the Divine guiding me to his work or the guides’ work more accurately. I like the fact that he is always saying he is not a spiritual teacher, it’s the guides teaching through him - humble, authentic, and feels true. In the meantime, I started listening to his first book I Am the Word. Every word speaks to my soul just like A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. I knew this workshop would be amazing and life-changing without any expectation of how exactly it would be at the same time. When we let go of expectations, miracles happen in the ways we can’t imagine.
The whole experience was like a dream, all I felt was energy and divine presence. Words are just incapable to describe the experience but I hope you can feel the energy through my writing. Paul would channel the guides to give us lectures which apparently would be the material for the next book. It’s truly magical to witness how the book was dictated - it’s effortless, truthful, fascinating! I won’t share the details about the lectures and you will find it out in his next book. It’s also very personal, different people would get different understandings based on your current consciousness. All I can say is that my soul knows it’s truth and I can feel the deep divine presence.
The other part is the energy work. We each had a partner to look at each other’s eyes and say attunements to each other, which was so powerful and profound. We did this 3 times and each time I had different experience. The first round, I was very uncomfortable and felt a lot of resistance, I could hardly breathe or look at my partner’s eyes. The second round, I became more comfortable, and felt the intense energy in the room, at some point I felt I was floating in the air, I was in the upper room indeed! The final round, I was in deep calmness and divine presence, I could see my partner’s soul through her eyes, send her love and joy.

We are in the upper room.
Just like that, simply like that, my fears and worries went away. I know it will come back at some point, but with this experience, my soul is seen, is known, is loved. I know my truth, I know who I am, I know how I serve. I realized how I had let other people define my truth, how I ignored my soul, how I didn’t speak my truth.
